Document Governance MCP Server

A live copy of the tools an MCP server exposes for document-retention governance. Retention rules are data, every action writes to an append-only audit log, and disposing a document takes two independent calls — a request, then an approval — with a deterministic check re-run on both. Claude only appears once everything below has already happened: it explains a decision, it never makes one.
